Problem in Main Website (Character Option)

few days ago, I've changed my character from BM to LE.
then,when I was trying to Add stats to our Main website, its says that my character is "Invalid Character".

is this because my character name had a Symbols ?

Hello there! Yes, it's most probably because of the symbol in your character name. You can contact RESiSTANT at support@infinitymu.net to add the stats for you, unless you want to add them manually in game. Another option is changing your character name without symbol/s.

well I'm doing it manually for a moment coz i dont have enough Credits to change my character name without symbols

This problem probably is not fixable, because that kind of symbols won't show up in the url link of your character, so basically that could be the problem why site can't recognize which character should he add stats to. What I did with my character which has symbol in it, I just put a book on my mouse wheel when I had to go for instance to kitchen to make smth or anything else. So in the future, if you want character with symbols, change his name after you get full stats.
