Problem recover x2 rings buy with credits

I mistakenly bought two rings and I give credit back.
When I do not want to give recovery goes and says:
Item found in Smon inventory. Sorry You Can not recover it. Go Back
The two rings are in stock.
Please admin help me..

He mistakenly bought two rings and he was trying to change it or want to get his credit back but he can't.

@Smon, unfortunately you can't get your credits back once you bought an item via webshop, that function you were talking about is when an item is lost (for example, when you are adding yellow option in an item, and you got dc'ed and your item was already gone, you can use the recovery function via webshop).

Items which are brought from webshop cannot be refunded.

well perhaps the problem is he bought mistakenly 2 rings now he is asking for refund for the 2 rings he bought.
