Yes, could be. I recommend you a powerful malware and trojan remover like the Ad-Aware. It´s free and very complete.

You don't need to format it just clean it of all viruses with a good anti virus, which anti virus are you using right now? Do a full system scan and once it shows you all the viruses hit clean I believe or delete.

hmm. try to delete some of your useless apps or what . i think your pc is full of apps . and try to clear your pc Ccleaner . and scan you pc with your antivirus .
