did you download Full Client with Flashget or Download Manager?
Use the torrent file mirror using utorrent software or the ftp one with flashget software. This way the client will be downloaded successfully without any interrution. Some browsers say that some file was downloaded successfully while it isn't for real.
Next time use edit button.

MSVCR100.dll is missing on your computer. Download or re-install your Microsoft Visual C++ >> http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555 that should solve the problem.
