Problem with sms

Hi , today i send 1 sms to get some credits for my account , but i didnt recive it , like 1 month ago in may 20 i got same problem but i dont make a post cuz i think was normal but now i send again and i dont get nothing please try to fix it !, Thanks.

PD: Im sending sms from colombia, this is the proof i send those sms

I got same problem long time ago, I send some SMS but i didnt recive nothing in my account, I'm from brazil. Maybe its a service provider problem ? or only with south america....

Since when you got this problem?

Problem might be because you've used prepaid card. Prepaid cards are not supported because operators doesn't really bill you in real time and that's the reason we don't receive profits from operators and we don't reward credits in this case. Anyway I have received PM from you and will let you know more information via PM.
