problem with the characters of the account

Problema en español:

conecte al server apenas hoy 10/01/13 y me doy con la sopresa que mis personajes no estan, dicho esto me fui a a la pagina para supervisar mis personajes y cuando revise me aparecen en la lista de personajes y en el juego no, ahora posteare una imagen del juego y de la pagina como me sale para que me digan cual es el problema espero pronta respuesta!

Problema en ingles:
