Hello I have a problem.



Reinstall game with off antivir did not help,
Open with off antivir did not help,
Open as administrator did not help,
I can't play :( Who help me?

Hi @PolishFans

You can find the AutoUpdate.EXE in the folder InfinityMU.
The folder InfinityMU is where you installed the MU, by default I think is located on the following path

C:\Program Files\InfinityMU.

I do not see
And i dont have exitlag app.


I'm not a computer expert and I'm so angry becouse cant play. Everything was fine yesterday...🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

It looks like something is blocking the internet access to download the MU could be ISP or Firewall.

Step 1: Turn off your modem for 20-30 secs
Step 2: Disable and if it works add it on your Firewall

Disable Firewall and try again.

If it fixes the problem, then you need to add it on your firewall



  1. Right-click the Windows Start button and select Control Panel.
  2. Click Windows Firewall.
  3. Click Advanced Settings.
  4. Click Inbound Rules, then New Rule.
  5. Select main.exe, launcher.exe & AutoUpdate.exe from the Rule Type window, then click Next.
  6. Click Browse below This program path to select the program executable file, then click Next.
  7. Ensure Allow the connection is selected, then click Next.
  8. Select When to apply the rule (Domain, Private, or Public), then click Next.
  9. Enter a Name and optional Description, then click Finish.

Game client in website is the latest one.

The pop-up window with the error shows that you are using build 3979 of anti-cheat this means your client is not up-to-date. Latest version is build 4476.

Please follow the below steps:

1) Download the game form the website

https://www.infinitymu.net/downloads

( I tried the Mega link )

2) Run the launcher.exe as administrator

I did as you wrote and it still does not work...

the error that is displayed has the same number as above (build 3797, dont know why)

You see older client version build because your client is not up-to-date and that's why you can't play. Make sure to add INFINITYMU client folder to your antivirus exceptions list and run AutoUpdate.EXE from your InfinityMu client folder in order to get the latest updates or simply download the client from our website. It's the latest one with all last updates. If you have Avast or Avira it's important to add the new client directory to your exceptions list because false positive of Avast antivirus.
