I got a problem with my friend acount . I don't know the user and pass , but i have the email .

You can try the second solution:

Contact Support@infinitymuonline.com using your E-mail Address that you have used to register with in InfinityMU. The Staff will contact you immediatelly and recover your account.

Do NOT contact us if you:
- Don't remember your e-mail address.
- Have told your password to someone else.

We will NOT answer to your e-mail:
- If you contact us with incorrect e-mail address.
