3-4 server life potion to drink very slowly with both etim fight it? And at 7 server is ideal to drink

The server host is in USA. thats why u pot slower on the other servers except server 7 because u are far from the servers host.
Server 7 is more closer to you, its an european host and your potrate is better there.
