Try to re-install the client and use autoupdate.exe to update the client. Any up to date will automatically be updated to the game.
re-install the client. uninstall it first, then restart your PC, install the client again and it will automatically update using autoupdate once the client is successfully installed.
As recently another user experienced the same problem, you should to have a look on the previous report thread, despite there isn't any reply from the user, maybe the suggestions on that thread can help you to resolve this issue.
