Seems to me like this guy dont understand what maturity is First he picks on me and now he picks on Dev as comparison . Dont compare yourself to others only an Inmature person do that . If you're good enough you dont need to say that . Other ppl will judge your maturity .
@Shnookie I think u never saw my thread about Live and Let Live . Read it and then judge me .!

The point is in his test period he has the chance
to prove if hes able, the best example is Dev
he was a bad ass flamer before and was very
annoying, but if he've been promoted he was the
angel in person. But the most people getting relapsed.

My point is, if a person doesn't "try" it how someone
can say he isn't able for this job?

And even if he fail, at least he tryed it.
 
I cant agree with you more.

Some times, people are complete jerks but when are given responsibility (in this case, a job) they can end up being pretty good at it. Who knows? Maybe Wallace could be the next admin.

When I entered Mod team I was 14 years and 1 month.
Age doesn't matter, what matter is how you Act.

How many replies do this guy need to be Denied .. There's lot of ppl including me saying the same answers over and over just in other words .. Just finish it .. The Higher ranks dont like him . and not even icebreaker likes him in Staff . its not about Users its about to Staff to choose a new mate ..

those who say yes, or they just say yes or it is give him a try.

Those who say no, got more information why they say no.

So i go what the ppl say, and how the staff is with this.
