Re-open for help

I would like to rep-open these http://forum.infinitymu.net/showthread.php?41123-Problem-with-my-uber-hyon-set.Sir if you say that if a character cant be deleted when it wears any UBER set how come when i retrieve my account the Uber Hyon set is gone and the the 1 BK is deleted.
How is it possible that my Uber Hyon set is gone? Please check it.
