Release of DC and RC failed

Hello,I get this problem everytimes when switch characters.
I have tried re-install 5 times and I don't use any anti-virus app
OS version I'm using is Win 10 Pro 21H2-64bit
Select char screen I get this effect

Since when are you getting this error?
Are you able to share error.log file?

Is your computer in domain controller or local domain?
