[REQ] Dutch Sub-Forum

well the Title says it all,
i didn't know where else i should make this thread
so i posted it here.

i would like to have a Dutch(Netherlands) Sub-forum
as i have seen there wasn't one yet.
same goes for a Swedish sub-forum for Meti

And for the people that doesn't know and Before
they start Spam posting, Belgium isn't Dutch.
