After reading this post, i think there is a need to raise this matter again. What SCANDAL is trying to do is to actually suggest ways to catch RESiSTANT's attention on our request. Paying to get it change could be a bad way, but it catches his attention, rather than just posting in a forum topic which may go unseen if left untouched.
For the current request page that we have, I didn't even know about it until Icebreaker mentioned it.
What I'm suggesting is to either:
1) "Sticky" the current thread so it is always on the top.
2) Create a special request page, similiar to the "character transfer" we have on the website.
3) Have a special someone (Admin/GMs/Mods) to attend to these special request be it VIP request, Yellow options etc. This special someone has to ensure that RESiSTANT is aware of these request.
In this way, we are not rushing RESiSTANT to complete our request, but to only let him know that such request actually DO exist.
