did you actually go to Grand Reset in the website? you don't get the credits just for having the 100 resets,100 Resets = 1 Grand Reset = 3,500 Credits

1) Go to http://www.infinitymu.net/ and login
2) Press on "Character Options" and then on "Grand Reset Character"
3) Choose your character with 100 Resets and press on "SUBMIT"

then you will get the Credits,and your char will have 0 Resets but 1 GR(Grand Reset),so to get 1 more GR you most do all the 100 Resets again,or choose other character that already has more resets
