seriously problems with my vote

I want to inform my users that I voted 3 times in compliance with 12 hours
the credits I have not been charged in any of the voting
I my password is only
I vote no one else from my PC
respect the 12 hours to vote

I just want to know that I have to do.
q if I have to wait because there is a problem in the database
or if an error is mine.

It has been 12 hours, why can't I vote?
The vote system checks both account and IP address, this means if someone has already voted from your IP address you will not be able to vote.

there is no problem in the Voting System..

four times and I try to go vote respecting the 12 hours between a vote and the other and I can not carry the credits in my account ......

from yesterday no voted and i vote 20 minutes ago and I have no credits reloaded .........

Maybe because of your PC? or your Browser.
I swear I did not encounter a single problem about voting.
