SHORTCUT KEYS

Everytime I log in my 1 character in game, shortcut keys for pots and skills for
that specific character are not enabled.
i always make those shortcuts every log in.

I tried the Create shortcut keys -> switch character -> then log in again but still no shortcut enabled

I tried exiting the game through exit game. I dont use alt+F4 or closing the [X] button.

Only 1 character in game does not have shortcut for pots and skills,
but all my characters have shortcut for pots and skills.

what could be the problem?

It's a known issue, I have similar character and I consulted with [MENTION=1]RESiSTANT[/MENTION] about this, but since it is not important to me, we still have not fixed it and haven't tried in a while really. I am pretty sure that it won't help but you won't know if you don't try. Go to character panel in site, use Clear skills and then you will have to get them all again in-game, assign them, sit afk for some time, exit the game using esc + exit game. If doesn't help, I know, that there was a fix few years ago that made the skills save if you go in Server 5, stay afk for a bit, then you assign the skills, stay afk for a bit again, exit game with esc + exit and skills were assigned. But honestly, I have no clue if any of this will work since it did not for me.

you can recreate that char.
its a small bug thig that once happends in a 1million time.
