Why do you want to apply for this position? I am new in this big family and I want to be useful, want to work for our community , make cool signatures, banners, avatars, want to share my experience with other guys here, also want to learn new things in gfxing , improve my skills.
What are the new things I can contribute in the community? new understanding of signature style , chaotic, dynamic, the sweet silence, animated effects
How much time can I invest in-game and in forum? In Game about 2-3 hours, forum 5-7 hours.

Here are my works ( I Joined like 4 days ago so I made only that amount of works for now ) :

Look i'm the same with nikki, gonna keep it short, its true that our GFX team needs help, since they're always bombarded with requests. But to join, you gonna have to be legit and as far as i can understand on top, that you have submitted some that wasn't your works. So for that reason, its a no for me.

Thanks for your opinion guys , Lets do not look to past, and I am applying with THIS works and they are all MADE BY ME, I have all saved .psd files so guys do not judge by old mistakes all right? In that thread that u clipped I wanted to share old works that I found wallpaper , resize add strokes and some color look ups :)
About spamming, of course I want to get some posts, who do not want? why you do not tell something to Marko or other guys who spent there 24/7? :) Funny funny, anyways thanks for opinions

Defending yourself doesn't look great mate.

Now, you are literally unknown to anyone, nobody here really knows you, you have to get to know people first and understand what is this community about, actually spend some time here before you try and apply for a position, it's just common knowledge. About your works.. Well, first showcase was a big fail, second wasn't that big of a fail, but still, to me it looks like you are very new to photoshop, most of your works are very similar in the style, it looks as if you watched some tutorial in youtube and now this is your style.

Only difference is the render used, other than that, they are pretty much the same with different C4D effects. The "IT" one, animation is very poor, I feel like I am looking at it at 15 fps.

If you were new but your works showed amazing skill, I'd say yes, but you are both new here and your works show that you have a huge amount of learning left to do, you need diversity in your works, a lot of it, to actually show what you are capable of. Bare in mind, that all I have said here is based on your works, I am not saying that you are terrible, I am just saying that these works portray you as newbie in PS which isn't really GFX team ready material.

If it's not self explanatory, I do not support this application.

No from me (for now)

You work as a beginner is not that bad. But as a GFX you will have to be better than that.
Its very simple with not that good balance of shadows/colours/effects. Most of what i see can be easily done by anyone just by watching few tutorials on the internet. But again i believe that with some more practice you might be able to fit as a gfx.

Now as for the avatars you shown before. Taking an already made picture/wallpaper and just edit with effects doesn't make it your work. its still someone's others work, otherwise we could all take an already made up wallpaper or signature and just edit with some effects then call it our work. But i believe you wont do that again since you probably understood exactly whats the fault in that.

Last i see that you don't get others opinions very serious. You are kinda aggressive when it comes to it and trying to defend yourself about it even though you are wrong.

My suggestion is to keep working, keep practicing and build your reputation in forum and i believe that you can become a GFXer one day.

Good luck

SirTony, to clarify, Nikki was refering to your shares in shoutbox about your artwork. That can be seen as showing off, wanting to seek attention.

From a GFX point of view, I'd say yes because I think being part of GFX team, meaning answering to requests, could develop your process and grow your skills better than working on your own. Working stuff on your own, with your own materials is different from working something with materials given by other people. Not to mention that you need to develop the skill to "listen" to what the user requests and also to know how to reply so that the user could understand what you need.

But sadly I am not the one who decides who gets the GFX tag or not. It's more about the community's answer. What I suggest for you is to keep on going, practice practice practice, seek for feedback by posting in Show Off section and try to re-apply after a month or more. I suggest you make new threads when you have new materials created. But don't spam each day with 1 siggi. Try to work some more materials, like 2, 3, 5, etc., if you feel like you have the time and won't have time only for just 1, then ask for feedback in a new thread in Show Off section, just as others have done it. You can check for yourself. This way you won't have to share it in ShoutBox because the thread will be visibile automatically in Newest Posts, and the users will see it.

Also, this is not a thread in which you can debate your application. Applications are revised by the community, therefore your reply is not needed.
If you want, we can make a weekly challenge via Skype, where I give you the materials for a siggy/avatar and some description so that you can make something out of them.

Greetings, unfortunately it is to early for you to apply, honestly i don't really mind the time, but this is a community, not one man decision, what i don't like however is that different opinions got you upset and all got you on the "defense" mode, when you apply for a position in the forum you should expect both bad and good replies, and you should respect both, you don't have to "defend" yourself here, or point fingers.

Now about your GFX Skill, is it true that you are a beginner, however i can see that you want to learn and i respect that, i can give you some good resources if you wish that, you can also check our resource section, theres plenty of stuff there
My CNC about your works, i am sorry if i sound harsh but honestly give up idea of making a background out of the render, it is one of the laziest types of background, and looks really bland

This kaneki signature is a step in the right direction, start experimenting with lights and c4d, learn to combine fractals with lights, you can make our own backgrounds out of c4d or you can take backgrounds from resource packs and modify them accordingly to your idea about the signature
Another thing, you are for now new at creating signatures, so trying already to make animation on a "beginner signature" might make it look "cluncky" and chaotic, so my suggestion for you is to get better at normal signaturs and then start with animations.

With that being said this application is denied.

Do not let this discourage you, i am awaiting your re-application in the future.
