Hello spammers,
Recent forum downtime was most likely caused due to forum piling up more and more data, which becomes hard to swallow, vBulletin is getting old as well, so decision had to be made.
Me and RESiSTANT made a collective decision, that old threads with many posts in them and with little to no value shall be deleted, because forum is supposed to be a forum, not archive of thread with 10000+ posts about who wants to ban whom for fun or simply useless old threads from 2011 that nobody will ever look at. This will affect several forum sections, meaning, that many forum users will see their post count decrease, same with experience gained from posting in the deleted threads.
I know that many of you like to have more posts, more experience, compete with others, but at the end of the day, are they really useful posts if they contain 2 words of congratulating someone or bumping of your market threads that end up in unsold pile? Useful discussion threads, suggestions, guides, bans, fun stuff that forum users do look back to, every bit of useful data will be kept, it's only the spam like threads that will go, threads that provide no useful meaning for the future.
I hope that you do understand and agree that we do this for the greater good for the upkeep of the forum.
Happy gaming!
