Donate with SMS system has been disabled permanently and will not be reactivated. It's due inconvenient conditions as the low profit share by mobile operators and country VAT (8~21% floating revenue from 1 SMS depending what operator and country is, and the other 80% go to mobile operators and country VAT) and with every month they decrease the percents they share with the merchants.
