1- What is ROW ( Ring of Wind ) ? what it's use for?
2- What is worth (expensive) item in this server?
3- What is good weapon to use for BK? 1 hand weapon + shield or 2 weapons for both hands?
4- What pendants + rings should i get?
5- Do we have socket sets + weapon in this server?

1 Row is the main currency, along with draco (obtained from draconite hunt event)
2 Mainly only uber accessories are worth trading, or some sets s7 like Cerberus,Valhalla and limited edition sets such as pumpkin and santa set.
3 The best gear for now is Atlas + Arthur + Pair kantata, you can free to choice the 2nd sword, or put a shield as you like. (This also answers your 4th question, Pair kantata gives a 10% double damage rate and arthur sword has the pend included
5. no, only FO and Ubers

1- ROWS u can use it to exchange it for uber T1 and T2 sets from website or trade it in game for uber access or Fo Sets.
2- Uber Access , But Now Santa Set Fo. xD
3- Uber Arthur Sword & Pen With Uber Sacred MOK or Ares Flame Of Infinity have Rings each.
