I am here to announce that due to busy schedule that made him not be able to keep up with his EM duties, Ulap asked for his demotion. After a deep investigation and many reports against Ulap, I am here to update Ulap's demotion reason since this matter is of grave importance for us as a community, and should be made public.

Due to unprofessionalism on his EM duties, very bad behavior against players during the active time on his main characters, biased motifs to suspect players and bring unfounded accusations, targeted hatred towards certain users and staff members, former EM Ulap was demoted. Legend tag is removed and EM Account will be blocked.

His actions deteriorated the staff members image in front of the community, and could have damaged the staff members internal communication.

All of the above actions were checked through the chat logs and we will continue to search. All the proof is and will be stored into the Admin area for safety purposes, and VENCi can see it any time along with the 3 Leaders, and the senior team who helped with the investigation.

Under no circumstances, Staff Team will allow such a behavior, not only against the Staff team, but most important against players.

If you have been a witness or experienced such treatment from a staff member you should report it immediately, with proof. Staff team does not tolerate aggression of any kind, no matter the offense. Forward your concern to any Staff Leader (LMOD/HGM/HEM) with your proof. You are not alone, the Staff Team is next to you and ready to act.
