[Suggestion] 2nd Level Wings

Anyway I still do really want to make the 2nd wings have the same stats as the 3rd wing but with the same options, =)

that would be awesome, i think mostly of us think that lvl2 wings are way cooler than lvl3.

I /agree with that suggestion too i rarely see and BM`s using LVL 2 Wings and if some ones uses them he dies kinda fast -.- i like the LVL 2 Wings too would be nice to own lvl3 users with lvl 2
