1 .Update procedure bans insults and harasments:

First off all lets say this : HARASMENT MUST BE STOP!!!
then lets ban any forms of insults...
Since right now some words are not baned and a lot of peoples abuse this way...
I just dont want remind few reports fail cases with insults when ,, no insult''

So whats new member see in stadium ?
When more pro player pk non stop more weak player and start call him like : ,, d og , b,,tch '' etc ..?
If somebody start pk non stop and start call u X 10 times ,, dog , or
b ..tch'' then how u will feel ?
Somebody need link to dictionary what that word mean ?
I belive u will no feel good, and thats not ok!
Joke is not excuse if u joke then belive me nobody will report u but when u talk serious and other player know this
then he have full right to report .
Any form of harasament must be stop!!

2. Update ban appeal
I suggest agree sorry words in ban appeal ( only insult ban)

We all are humans and we all sometimes fail then if u are good guy then u feel duty to say sorry for insult other player
So lets give last chance for a guy like this especially when other player forgive u , simple ...

any other harder reasons bans

I have to agree on the first one. Since the day I came here up until now I still don't get it why some 14 years old kid can call me dog, b!tch and similar types of words and not get punished for it. It's common sense, that INSULTS in general shouldn't be allowed. Yeah, call someone weak, sure, why not, trash talk is and always will be a part of any online game, because people are just like that, but using insults described is just not something that should be left unpunished. Then we will have to ban 50% of player base because most of them are too lazy to read? SO WHAT? We still ban for wrong ip proxys all the time, and for insults it's a damn warning in panel for 1st offense, not a ban. It's not even a real punishment. I simply can't see the logic behind "let's ban only heavy family insults, racists etc.", but when someone knowingly insults you with above mentioned words in my second sentence, nah, no ban, no warning. I know that the person on the other side wants to insult me, but I just laugh in these kids faces, because they are nothing more than poorly raised and uneducated, yet it does not give them the right to insult someone over internet. I still very much hold on to what Kolbus highlighted in screenshot where I said, that insult doesn't come from the word alone, it comes from the intentions, and these lying kids, "I was just joking" should never be taken seriously, hence, I disagree on the second one. I'd agree only if the banned is excused by the reporter and only the reporter.

I will always believe that none of them would say the same in my face in fears of getting their face smashed, so I also believe they should be punished for insulting others. Warning -> 1 day -> 3 days -> 5 days -> 1 week -> 2 weeks -> month -> 2 months and all the next ones also 2 months. Possible to go 1 tier lower by reporting someone who insults as well.

It's just stupid in my opinion to go "we don't ban for such words". Well, then I will go and call every1 b!tch just because I can. Why not. As I said, it's stupid and it needs to stop.

Here's another two cents.

Agreed with Kronwell, but with this suggestion Mods must identify which words/terms are considered as minor insult that will result to the player to be banned. Also i recommend a lot of announcements if this will be implemented. Plenty of players chew these 'minor insults' like candies because they know they won't get banned.

For the second suggestion we can maybe alot fixed day/s (not as long as heavy insults penalty. Suggestion: penalty same as the one given for Spamzors in-game) as ban penalty for minor harrassments like the one stated above.

Big respect and thanks to [MENTION=33613]Kronwell[/MENTION] and what he said. Salute man. He said all what I wanted to say. We ban people for Spamming(6-8 posts in a row) but we are not banning someone for impolite acting due "we can't ban all". We are banning for ip proxy, PZ forbidden server usage an such. Well, we are here to play this game and not for getting offended and being nerved. Btw, what Rules are for? It is for bringing gameplay rules that making things under control. Staff bans someone for rule breaking for to make the others not to break such rule again. Staff shouldnt ban someone under a rule and expecting the others will break this rule continuously and at the end everyone will be banned. Thats not how things working. When you ban one or two for such disrespectful acting,then the others won act same, because they can get banned also. So you guys shouldnt afraid if you think we will lose players. We wont.

Yesterday i waz chilling in game and a guy started to attack me and then call me "Weak, weak legend, noob" without a single reason just provaking and such which I cant accept as mature person, even there werent insults like dog. Yeah I did my best to make that guy shut with my own experience and methods. But wouldnt it be good if that not even happened? O even see the others that disrespecting each other with "dog, my son, I am you father" words, witch is not good.

Yeah there are a lot of players insults you in so many ways till they get banned, kolbus is one of them. But you have to understand that a big mount of our players are just kid what else can you expect? Some don’t event knows English and just give any random insult while you kill them. If we start applying these kinds of rules we will ban a lot of players just because they won’t control themselves. We have rules for that and to be honest they work pretty great when there’s insults that are really relevant or starts into hard flaming object not just in game but forums.

Stay cool it’s just a game, if someone insults you with ****ty words just ignore him or report it to staffers they will take actions.

calling someone a dog is the most stupid insult I have ever heard in my life dogs are the most loyal and loving animal in the world in my eyes.

I love how most of you just go "dog is nice animal", "b!tch is just a female dog, nice animal". Do you even read? Insult doesn't come from the definition of a word, insult comes from the intentions and context. It's not about bigger man or more brain, it's about kids who think that they can call you whatever they want. You always try to justify everything, it's not even funny anymore. Excuses, excuses and more excuses to let these uneducated kids run the game. Toxicity in PvP is so stupid at this point, that I don't even want to do it. And I don't just because of it, I don't need this kind of negativity in my life. It's easier to turn my back on it because all of you are so used to thought of letting kids do this sh!t that it's disgusting at this point. I know that everywhere it's different, but from where I left when I was GM, people were getting slapped up for doing this left and right. I was reviewing like 20 reports a day in e-mail and I slapped up each and every one of them. Why? Because that is the only way that you can deal with posh kids that got forgotten by their parents and weren't taught how to respect others, not with excuses that I mentioned above in my first sentence. I don't even know why am I wasting my time writing this up, because I believe nothing much will come out of it. This is a serious issue that is made minor with several excuses that makes sense, but doesn't fix the issue. It's like filling pothole on the road with sand all the time and hoping that some day you won't have to do it again.

this is the summary of what u are suggesting...
u want to suggest to ban all insults meaning probably even provoked insults and such as long as its insult...
but then ur suggesting that we approve all ban appeals on bans against insult...

Part of them doesn't have good english so they don't know how to express themselves so they use those easy words as dog,I Love InfinityMU.
You describe it as somthing that took over the server and evreyone running around insulting each other.

Which words you think should be consider as an insult that aren't already are.
What is the difference btw someone who called you dog one time and someone who said it 10 times in row?
Is the amount of times he said it is more offensive to you?

There are times when you do not see any insults, but when you read the complete sentence. You see what the other person wants to say. This happened to me once and I do not they banned
