Hello I would like to suggest to enable the administrative tool for bumping thread for all users in this forum but put cool down for 12 hours so they cant abuse it and they can only bump thread every 12hours what do you think guys ?

They cant abuse it because now thay are allowed to bump once a day.
This is a moderator tool.
Also what is the difference between it and just Write something in your thread to bump it?
Sorry this but suggestion is nonsense, at least for me.
I Totally disagree with this. thats why its located in Administrative tools, its for the staffs and guild hall owners only. if this one will be approve and some users will bump their thread to increase their moderating stats.
This is not a bad suggestion honestly but I think it might be hard to implement also I kinda like manual bumping it keeps the forums more alive and also increases your post count 
. My view is to keep current system, i.e. manual bumps.
