Maybe you should make some screenshots about the bug,
or even make a new thread in the bug report.?
instead of removing the MOUNTS from the game it can be solved,
by making it work normally again.?

and a permanent ban would be unnecessarily,
IF the bug can't be fixed than there should come a Ban to it
but instead of a permanent ban it would be a 96 hour ban (4days).

Dinorant and Unicorn was in IM before (very rare) I think it was removed because it caused bugs?
