Well the thing is you cannot put the Ring of Wizard in vault, so in that case, that's not a problem. Secondly, having everything in NPC is understandable for a high exp server, but to take note that some players do not like it, so removing at least one item helpful for PVP (since almost everyone loves PVP) will give some a bit of challenge. I don't think players will not hunt for it or stop using it just because it cannot be found in NPC.

i think ring of wizard is not a big deal but if that ring is removed, its additional business... but i have noticed... i killed all white wizard 5times and i didnt notice any ring of wizard drop...

So you can make noob characters and put ring of wizards on em..so yeah 1000.
