Hello Infinitians,


I want to open a suggestion about our rules for Checking Stats, as we all know refusing to show stats will lead you for 7 days ban. I would like to tell this as my suggestion 7 days ban is not enough for those who Refuse to show their stats. Why? Here's the fact that I want to share you won't refuse or make any excuse to show your stat's if you are clean and no edited stats, I'm just curious why 7 days only given when you get caught and refusing to show stats? Refusing to show stats will prove that guy got edited Stats right ? And he is using it, Giving them 7 days ban is not enough and it's unfair to those who get caught using BMD,SH which lead to permanent ban cause they are caught using it so same as when you refuse to show stats it means you are using Agi Hack. I would like to suggest that refusing to show stats will lead to permanent ban too cause they are using Edited Stats they inject hack to our server to do that. Refusing to show their stats is a strong proof to ban it permanent. Just to make it clear you won't refuse to show it if you don't use edit Stats.


PS: You won't refuse to show your stats if you are clean and there is too many ways to send it on the GM that asking your stats.

Yea right, If your stats is not edited why would you refuse to show it to staff if they need it right ? If they refuse It Means they hiding something in their stats.

@topic, this suggestion is highly good for me. If you really don't hide something, there is no need to RUN/REFUSE!

100% Agree with John's Suggestion. When someone caught using Edited Agility and refuse to show or SS their stats it looks Guilty.Why? cos if he is a Clean gamer he will automatically show his stats and also Hes not respect ADMIN want.

its is a Good Way to stop those Hacker/Cheater using that edited stats.

It's suppposed to be first time 7 days as an warning and if second time then ban should be extended. Lets say not 7 days but 3 months or so. So they don't think that they will just refuse to show stats and get 7 days again. Permanent ban is too much unless the player got banned more than two times for the same thing.

I think 7 Days is enough at the moment since there's another problems like
if the player got DC while GM moved him and asked for a stats ,
or his WTFast period has ended but instead of this he is clear and get banned for nothing.It's an opinion only.

The 7 days ban by Character as RESiSTANT said is as a Warning. At many cases players who were Banned for 7 days, didnt used it again and we "cleared" a player without to lose it. There are also players who not cooperate, who dont show their stats just coz they dont want it (believe me, exists such player) and the next time if its requested, will be more cooperative.
Just coz he shows the SS when we see the Stats are Edited, enough the 7 days ban coz he cooperated and was honest, its like a reduced ban period.

Now coz SH, BMD and other ilegal program users who have been caught with Video Report is banned permanently because this was till now and will be the Banning Procedures of it.

As the main Subject of this Suggestion is to increase the ban duration of the "Refusing to show the Stats to a Game Master" i disagree . The procedures is good as they are at this moment

Maybe could be increased to 7 days by account,but im definitely "no" to permanent. See, in law and in Infinitymu,rules aren't made to punish someone,but to try to re-educate him and put him back on the correct road. Having said that as objective,permanent ban goes opposite.

can i ask how players in-game going to show their stats? via uploading here in forum right? or somewhere else . what if someone got caught and ask show your stats. but he doesnt have a forum . or not literate much in english language. how can he provide his stats to prove his innocent if he dont know how. not all people here are perfect there are players who cant even speak in english. so i believe it would be hard for them to know the forum very well., this is only my opinion , thanks.

Your opinion is simply to refute,

You're right when you say that he maybe has edited stats, but that's just a suspicion not a proof.
Valid prove you have only, if you got that screenshot indeed. And this is why the ban duration
is only 7 days and not permanent.

If someone killed a person and the public prosecutor doesn't have a prove, he can't sentence him for life.
The judgement know he did it but the suspicion alone is not enough for the government (yea that's shi* we don't live in a perfect world) but it is how it is, so they will alleviate the punishment.

We have set the banning duration to 7 days back to the time i remember. It's possible to increase it a bit yes and it makes sense since its habit to the players nowdays. Anyway, permanent is to much, you can't compare a suspicion with a real proof.

Else we could ban from now one everyone by suspicion lol, this would destory the democracy of this community and make the rules useless.

Think twice before you make such a suggestion, i don't think this is right .

Skype,Facebook + he can create forum account for 2 minutes. The options to send Ss are limitless and there aren't valid excuses
