[Suggestion] About Yellow Options

i would like to suggest something. is it better if we can remove yellow options and put yellow options in a more easier way ? cause all of us knows that jerridon eats items. and eats items in store also. i was putting yellow options on my legendary set when i got disconnected. then my hades set f.o in store are gone. when i went to report in forum.venci couldnt refund my hades set because i didnt bought it from webshop.. i am 100% aware that items will be lost if i reseted and also 105% aware that items will be bought if i dont have full zen.you cant open jerridon if your store is open right. but id still lost my hades set in my store which is really upsetting and our admin couldnt bring it back. btw back to the topic. i think it would be better if in some other way we can put and remove yellow without putting it inside jerridon. i think this suggestion is good for the community and also to help venci which is receiving numerous reports about lost items eaten by jerridon.thanks. respect my suggestion so you should be respected too. all comments and feedbacks are accepted. this is to help others. not only myself. cause i lost expensive items already . for those who have items in your store do not put yellow options. i experienced item lost during that process. i hope venci can think of other way in-game to put yellow options. i am aware also that we can put yellow on webshop.this suggestion is for in-game purpose.

You can put your set you want to upgrade in your vault. then go to webshop to upgrade that specific set you want to add to. And it also cost 2500 webshop credits. But for removing we don't have option for that on the webshop yet.

i know sir ice. but this is for in-game purpose. to put yellow options by jewel of harmony is free in-game. but in a random way.its like my suggestion is we can put yellow options in a more easier way ingame. without the need of credits. its like the same . and would really help the community with item lost. and those players who doesnt have forum account to report about their item lost . this would also be a big help to sir venci whos receiving messages about item lost just like my case. thanks. not all players have forum and even they bought that item from webshop they still not know how to report. or either they dont know that items lost to jerridon will be refund if they bought it from our webshop and report here in forum .thanks.

Finding easier way is like making jerridon useless, putting yellow options is not that hard. Just take screenshots before doing something that can make your items lost. Thats what i do.

even if you take ss those lost items cannot be refunded if they are not bought from webshop right? what im saying is a simple logic that would help the community. or to make it simple all lost items eaten by jerridon. wether bought from webshop or not should be return. cause it takes hard work to get those items. and its upsetting to lose them . items which were lost and eaten by jerrridon that is not bought from webshop cannot be refunded >??? where is the justice in that.

Why wont the FO items can be switch with webshop for free then uber and S4 items has to be bought to change yellow option, and thr same price of 2,500. FO are free to chamge yellow options so no more complaining about lost Items. Thats my other opinion.

hmmm.this sounds interesting thanks for this wonderful information and now I am aware that items can be eaten by Jerridon but I haven't encountered this yet, the only thing got eaten is when I am making Dark Horse

Hello.

We have a similar case. I do recall that it's still refundable because disconnection while items on jerridon is really unexpected.
I want to share my side here that I was able to get my items back even tho my items was not bought from webshop.
Thing that I did was sent a message via thru email. At the end, I really get the item back in my account.
Maybe I think.. that we really need to consider some case like this.
I hope Venci would respond and say something about it.

Who said that your items can't be brought back even if you got the right and sufficient proofs to show? I know lots of people who got their items back with a single screenshot even if they did get it from other players. I got no problems with this at all since I buy my items from webshop and it's easy to buy it there. But that's not my point. My point is I can rest assured that my items are safe BECAUSE I take critical precautions before I do anything that can make my items magicked away. I even do 5 screenshot if I had to. Show some sense of responsibilities dude. Your account = your items = your responsibility. Pressing the print screen button isn't even hard at all..

About the reports being denied (probably because you can't show enough proof), they are being denied for a reason too. I get you and I feel ya. I know how and what does it feel to lost something so valuable. But think about it. Players could just come marching in the report section claiming that they lost their items. It's easy to do that. Even I could do it but it would be a dumb idea to do so. I Love InfinityMU island ain't pretty too at all. So that's why they need solid proofs.

Don't go all berserk and act like a drunken man with a samurai sword and a M16 caliber yet. I thought of something good yet this will be denied for sure. I thought it would be good that adding yellow options for free (no charge, if not, small charges around 100 credits per item but the price will depend. Just an example) in the webshop will be a good idea to solve this dilemma. Safer way + easier way. I thought of this since harmony option can be added in game too hence this idea. Just an opinion and a thought tho. And do not take this response in a wrong way. Thanks. One love

Well rules is rules, if you didn't bought those items @Webshop, you must expect that you lost items will not able to get back. If jerridon ate your items , well its your own fault not the server , if you feel that your net was too slow don't put yellow option then, and i suggest if you're putting yellow option you must be prepared (take some screen shot while putting yellow option ) and ready on the consequences that your items might be lost , I think it's not community problem , that is your personal problem coz you might get Disconnected or lost of Internet Connection. That's why Jerridon eat's your item.

Then those hades set are in Store. You must be aware that you have sufficient Zen . Well wait for some staffs reply

i explained already that my items is in my store. when i got disconnected. i have proof that my items are in my store , and i was disconnected because server 3 shutdown not for the reason i lost internet connection.now i lost again my titan pants. and sir venci gave it back even i didnt bought it from webshop . but why cant my hades set f.o. i would not lie here and make a stupid thread to get a hades set f.o. im here because that set is really mine and i deserve justice. cause its not my fault . why would i lie if i know i will be ban permanently. i am here for one reason. to get my items back . cause it trully belongs to me. sir venci can trace my characters store for that hades set+pink f.o. im making this suggestion for the benefit of all.

are u sure of this? basically RESiSTANT is always asking if you can remember the character name (if those items are from trade) I know, it's hard to remember, but please, you shouldn't say this words if you really don't know the criteria of this game, coz We are following the rules polices...

the bigger problem on your thread is that you're not understanding our rules.
also, about what ICE said is correct if you want avoid losing items in game, is better put the YO in the webshop. this effort is granted voting every day as one of the purpose of this game and (online time trade).

don't put words without knowing the reply from RESiSTANT or the Staff team.

You Have a Good idea But sadly it cant be happen . What is the purpose of having Fun in this Game if all matter is so easier?. Well For avoid losses of item in Store and Jerridon . Dont Open your store is your zen is luck and in case of JERRIDON Lost item in terms of ''DC'' Don't Upgrade items if your connection is lag . You cant Got DC if your not lag, So next time if you will upgrade/remove items make sure that your connection is Good .

Well, Totally your Suggestion is not Good, How Can this game more be Exciting and more fun if all things in this game will be more easier? Think of It. In terms of Losing item in Store That's not Admin/GM's/Staff Fault,its yours, Make Sure that if you put items and open it check zen first to avoid your item bought and if Terms of Lost item when it Comes Upgrading and Removing Joh option at Jerridon make sure that your connection is Good to avoid DC, You can't Get DC if you have a good connection. Next time Check your Connection before using Jerridon. Dont Blame others if the fault is yours.
