[Suggestion] All possible Shields with + Skill

Would be nice if you guys could add Skill to all possible shields that can have em in webshop. Here's a list of shields that can have + skill but you can't add em in webshop. I know u can add them since i've been seeing/finding non exe and non fo shields with skill.
