[Suggestion] Banned appeals for banned accounts!

I have this suggestion about banned accounts. Once you get banned the only way you can contact the forum and admin is through email, which is also good, yet this feature leads them into making a new account to apply for the ban appeal section for a faster response in which making multiple account is forbidden and adds additional damage to the injury. Some says its their friends or relatives account and some gets away with it due to the focus on the ban appeal posts. My suggestion is for the banned accounts to be granted access to the ban appeals sections, just the ban appeals section for them to have faster way to defend their selves and only those who deserves to receive the penalty should receive it as they can defend their self here and those who are innocent can be cleaned up from such injury accused to them. Because lets admit it some staffs make mistakes as we all do. I've seen a post where in admin resistant unbanned an account due to a mistake of a GM who banned a character without staff work. Through this not only the admins and staff could see it as well as all the infinitians as I can see it, it is our goal for visibility as admin resistant promotes staffs that works together also an additional way for infinitians to see on how staffs work together and how they decide and express their views at serious matters.

I agree on this suggestion. So ban user got their chance to have an appeal (Forum Account), But in serious case if he done something big and by Staff agreement this ban user can't use this ban appeal (If ever this suggestion has been granted).

Yeah I agree with you too bro. Maybe If he has done something serious he should not be able to access the ban appeal or maybe just once just to defend his side, no matter how heavy the injury he has made I believe it's his right to defend himself. Maybe the staff could make all the banned accounts make a ban appeal just once to prevent this guys from creating multiple ban appeals in which in the staffs' side is annoying

A person can create another forum account as long as he doesn't break the rules with it, but if ur acc it gets banned, you can create another one to appeal for it, ofc if you flame and so on, it will be banned immediately, but until then it is not really a breach point in the rules, since the first account is banned, therefore the person doesnt have an account, which means he is not using multiple accounts. I hope you understand my point.
Also, there is enough transparency as there should be, we can't increase it, we can't open reports section for everyone due to multiple security reasons (seems to me that this was implied in your suggestion) .
The banned person in forum can see the reason he was banned when he logs in the blocked acc, so i personally don't think we need to change the system, it works well so far.

Are you referring to forum accounts or game accounts? Because under normal circumstances a users forum account isn't banned along with his game account, that's only under special circumstances and it very rarely happens. So in conclusion a banned user can already view the ban appeals section.

I still can't get what you mean by making a new account on forums to make an appeal. Why would they make a new account if they already have their own forum account? We're not banning their forum accounts remember only game if they broke game rules, and forum if they broke forum rules.

I still can't get what you mean by making a new account on forums to make an appeal. Why would they make a new account if they already have their own forum account? We're not banning their forum accounts remember only game if they broke game rules, and forum if they broke forum rules.

My apologies for the lack of info, im referring to the forum accounts HGM Wayne. Also I was referring to those players who get their game and forum accounts as well as to those who get only for some rare cirumstances, their forum accounts banned for prohibited actions on the forum sir

Ah yes I see, well the thing is it's very rare these kind of cases happen and I believe that trying to allow them access while having banned accounts is "possible" but would require a lot more work then is necessary also the user may very likely still make a new forum account and make an appeal and whatnot so that being said I'll ask RESiSTANT about this and see what he says .

Useless suggestion, it's better that they will create another forum account for ban appeal, because there would be needed to edit permissions of banned users to be able view the ban appeals and it also really rarely happen that some involved user would be banned by forum and ingame account at once. + There's a sense of banned user that he shouldn't be able access the forum at all.
