Well, this title might be a little confusing for everyone, But I promise that I have my point. Once, I told Elnur (MageDragon) about this idea, He didn't get my point (I didnt explain it very well) so here I am to explain it to everyone else.
The members from the development team should have a certain attitude in font of the rest of the players. It's not for everybody. They would be part of the staff team. You can apply for being part of it. But it will be way more strict. This will help the forum to be more organized.
Its just a suggestion. I'm not even sure about how this would work out. But it seems an interesting idea.

DEVELOPERS TEAM
This group/team will conatin 2 non-divided groups.
The first one is the Technical Support Team
The person who is part of this team, is someone who knows about technical support. Someone who will be chosen by the head staff team. They should make an observation on every technical support thread @ the archive and get some of the people with the most correct answers. People from the mod team could be joining this team aswell, but they should be accepted by the head staff team. The point of this simple idea, is to give a correct&concrete answer to the rest of the players. (and to avoid spam & nonsense answers aswell) They will be the only allowed people to answer at this area.
The second one is the Graphics Team (Known as GFX team)
The point of mixing these two groups. Is to give a little more "requirement
s" to it. It will be much harder to join. You will need to show that you really deserve this position. You need to know about graphics in general and web designing (if needed in some occasions). [Not only making signatures]
