+1 Agree with MD. Elf and Sm are only buffers at PVP servers it would be great ho increase their strenght to have enough power to face a DL or a Bm. It would be more interesting.

I think its impossible coz WEBZEN never made Poison Arrows
If you want this idea you can try to write to WEBZEN about it
