As i can see, There are Moderators < want to be a Game Master ?? . or GFX team Member want to be a Graphics, and for my side, i think its unfair to others, who want ,to be, Reason??

Its Because if an Staff Team wants
to apply to another position , then if he / she will be rejected, he can still have a positions

I think its Better , to , Let The Staff member To Resign 2 Weeks Earlier , Before Applying ,

This is from my side , and i dont , like favor-ism so , its better to to be equal in apply as member of the STAFF Member, must be a Normal Member only .

Feel Free To Drop Opinion Guys .

how exactly it's "unfair"?,they approved for their current positions and they don't need to resign to apply for other position...
and the Admins will decide if they're eligible for other position(GM/MOD)

why they need to lose their current position that they worked so hard to gain it just to apply for other...,and if they will be denied for other position then they won't be Staff members anymore cuz they resigned from their previous position

You want the Reason wHY?? , your applying for a position ,but yet you already have a position
and what ?? , being a Current staff member, can help you , to gain more higher staff position , and everybody
knew it . even new players , dont know you , may vote to you ,because of your current position. 2 weeks
is enough , to resign an current staff position , before applying another one .
