More Power for the Lead Moderator

I think it would be a good idea to give administrative privileges to Icebreaker, I'm not talking about big powers bcz I know are only for the use of the Administrators.
But I'm talking about certain things that would improve and streamline many things in the forum
for example: It would be helpful if he could put some tags! such as: Top Spammer, Pk Monthly Winner, Forum Hero and Infinity Finest.
Another example: This is personal ok! I mean It's mine.. I would like to fix or improve the size of the Avatars that I put in my profile when I Post, the most you will accept my profile is: 150x150 a very small and I'm VIP :s while many Members have the ability up Avatars and larger! I've seen cases where they can add Avatars that can measure up to 190x300.
I told him of this case to Icebreaker and told me not to have the privilege to fix something as simple as that.
Just a little thing and there are many more, what I mean by this is that the Lead Moderator at least, should have a little more access to things that helpful to expedite the work to the Administrators.
Bcz, imagine the following situation: me.. ZNAKE! asking the Administrator to fix the problem of my Avatar :s would be utterly stupid and a lost of consideration of my part to the Administrator.
Why? Very easy, bcz the Administrator do not have time to address an issue as trivial as that, since it has many more problems that are most important to keep changing the size of my section on Avatar.
This is just a small example of things that could rest under the shoulders of our Lead Moderator.. Do not you think?
