[Suggestion] Lead Moderator

Lead Moderator rank was made in such way that it does have powers it should posses. This what you're trying to suggest is not giving more power to Lead Mod but making that rank a Junior Admin, often used for such purpose and with that I can't agree.

Not about giving a range of Admin no way I put that in the suggestion :s try to read a little more careful and perhaps understand a little better brotha! I agree with you, in not giving the rank of Admin to junior but if I remember correctly, Ice is an adult and I think you not. Therefore talk about it I think that gives me just a little laughter. anyway thank you very much for your point of view, really appreciate it!

of course I won't give a rank to my friends or whatever you mean, if there's an application i would ask to staffs members, what they think about he/she, then i will give my opinion, ofcourse if this is accepted, as you can see i'm not a kid, i know who's important is my rank, i know what i mean, and i know what i'm doing here.
obviously i will ask to the admins, what they thinks about he/she, as i can i see in your point of view, is that You thinks that i will give FREE Rankings.
Here's the answer : I WON'T , then why i'm lead moderator? , If this suggestion is accepted I won't be an idiot with my powers.

1st I'm not your brother so do not call me so.
2nd Read once again what I have written before I didn't say that Ice is a "junior" like you're thinking
3rd I might be just few months away from turning 19 but I'm sure that my attitude and behavior is more mature than most so called "adults" playing here.

What was I trying to say is that you may give positions according to own relations with person applying for it.
But if it's gonna be like you're saying and something like that won't happen you will remain unbiased then fine I "might" agree with granting you this kind of powers.
Still like I said don't add more powers to Lead Moderator but create a [Junior Admin] rank.

To prove it ,he needs to have this rank ,after that you can say the conclusions.

For me No, modertor should have moderator's power's , not admin's.
 
Actully, I agree with you there, ZNAKE.

We've got a great staff which can monitor if the lead moderator makes any "mistakes" or wrong decisions.
I think we should try it on a short 1-2 week trial..
 
lmod=admin rank also he must have the preveilages of admin when it comes to forum
 
I don't quiet agree with you...
Icebreaker is a great guy but as far as I remember he doesn't have great experience when it comes to vBulletin, and communities like InfinityMU which aren't that small, can experience serious problems from small mistakes or even not a mistake... I am sure that everyone who has experience being a Super Mod or Administrator of VB Communities...
Usually Nick is the one dealing with the above so I believe when he comes back he will be able to continue his job...
I agree that he should have more privileges, but not all of the above...
