I suggest to make it delay because it's unfair to us who far in server .
Its hard to kill anyone who pots faster, also prevent people using auto pots.
And make it balance.
And some of my friends playing insaniamu(sister server) .they said theres pot delay .

this is kinda complicated suggestion, resistant cannot change the potting rate of the individuals since pot rate is just depending how close or how good the player's internet connection is yet this is kinda useful since all of the players will be equal.
yes venci can change or limit the packet speed received by the server
My friend who plays our sister server InsaniaMU said there is a pot delay in there.
Well, I think this can be a good idea in order to have a balance PvP.
obviously because it is s6, get a hegaton make it full SD with no cooldown on pots = Fights will be like 1 hour or more.
Dont tell me im nab on this because i came from another server which you need to not to use set to pvp you can pvp naked without set and still not die.

no matter how fast you pot if 3 combo successions hit you you die like paper, even my uber set cant stand combofreaks like Dnak or Reefa
Everyone in insania got 1 pot per sec, but it's because Season 6 items are so overpowered (DEF / ATK / Options / Sockets). If we do this in Infinity you'll die with 2-3 combos from any Uber / SD user

yes you are right, if insania has no pot cooldown pvp will take forever to finish plus you get to enjoy duels without set or switching on CS without set
It's kinda not good suggestion.. All today has WTFast and have good pots. But not all. Delaying the pots will lower our incoming players. Their go here because they know that they will have good pots/potrate.. Also that Delaying this one sure will have lags.. I don't disagree this one but I think Resi won't allowed this one... This a battle with a good comboist and good potrate although it a good to delay. But not here. Let's just focus the delay on game play

You already know that, our sister sever (Insania) got delay on pots and you want InfinityMU to have delay pots too, Here In my own opinion I think RESiSTANT put delay on pots in Insania so If you got bad pot rate in InfinityMU you can play Insania where all got same pot rate. And I think Wrathbinge explain it all.

season 3 is the most balanced server ever so pot delay = not so cool
With pots delay on Season 3 pvps will be maximum 10 sec long so I don't see the point of it.
yes potion delay is basically pointless
From day one. MU has been about how fast you can pot. If you put delays on pot how can someone gain an "advantage".
if 2 people pvping with same gear. Same everything, who will die?

It's been suggested before, and denied because it may create an unbalance. I'm sure the idea's come across RESiSTANT and Madhaters mind but it likely wasn't implemented due to that reason I specified above. Also it makes things a bit "sketchy" with restricted pots, I can understand the feeling of "unbalance" though. I don't disagree or agree with this suggestion, I'm neutral for me both have positives and negatives.

maybe somebody can't get a free trial in Wtfast, but it's depend of your internet speed also we can't play with this range of potion like 1 o 2 per/s , lol the ppls are familiarized in this server since time ago, but we shall remember the old host located in Germany was changed to USA due to security reasons.
I can't expect something like that in game, since we're having fun even with 1 or 2 per/s , i mean this is an game so try to enjoy However you want.

Good suggestion but not advisable to implement.
1.) There will be a lot of complaint from those who "had" good pot rates.
2.) Pots delay would have a big impact on PvP.
3.) There are a lot of other factors in equality (your set, YOs, how good yo combo, etc)
