I want to suggest something what is helping you aldo the Gm team in taking faster decisions:
The player who is reporting something what is not in english language, provide a translation from the involved language into English, doesnt matter if its harassment, scam, advertsing or selling for real money report.
in this way GMs will see what is the report about and they just need to approve or to ask for approval of the translation.
Want to ask RESiSTANT to add this as Reporting Rule, it took a few time from you, players but you help alot with it!
