{Suggestion}Staff judgement.

Hey all, I got something in mind, some might like it some might not...
So, i guess that all of u have heard the cards game called 21, where when someone gets more that 21 points-BOOM!
So what would you think if we had something like that to grade the staff team... I wonder it like, it will be a thread, and like once a week forum members will be able to grade the staff, and if someone passes a limit that will be set then- BOOM!
The members' grading should contain full reasons and a good explanation...
I guess that the grade should be based on the staff's activity, behavior, actions taken etc...

So what do you think??

p.s. its just a suggestion, lol, so just say our opinion and dun spam without reason..

If staff has lots of friends it means he has good grades coz he will receive positive feedback am i right?

man... this is not good for our forum,
the staffs are deserving, they can't be judge easily.

it's enough to have the report staff section.
for me it's a NO NO.

Its a Suggestion to give me ''BOOM'' to me . Just as he said ''BOOM'' . Game will be like 2 points per person who dislike a person who takes part in the Staff . so 21 / 2 = 10.5 Only 11 ppl to Make a Staff boom . 6 persons + 2 Multiple accounts = BOOM . ! This guy thinks that i was born yesterday . ! Better to speak clear than to hide things under the hat . !

so the members should have some chance to judge the staff...

Every time you get reported 2 points every time your spamming, get warnd 2 points when you get banned i forum 4 points.

So then the forum is empty beat that xD

4 times insult - perm ban is the example...

And jeezs who said that it will be 21?! The cards game of 21 was an example...
The limit will be set by resistant or someone from the high staff..

Good idea, bad method.

There will be inspection on the staff members no doubt, but it's not going to be by a group of players who favor some GMs and just want to hit the living hell out of other GMs. You can make your point about any staff you feel that needs a compliment or any staff that needs to be warned by sending a private message to Zulu or making a POLITE thread, with sufficient proofs.

The community doesn't revolve around the GMs nor the players alone. The GMs takes care of the players by setting examples and getting rid of cheaters, while the player has to repay the favor by helping the administrators keep an eye on the GMs and warn the administrative panel whenever a GM steps out of line. This doesn't happen via votes, this happens via collection of sufficient proofs.

you got it wrong buddy. i didnt mean to say that he is newbie or something. i just meant that i might gave you an idea through my suggestion, because that action was taken after i created the thread. really, chill, don't get just the wrong point of my words.. the only thing i meant to do was to help
