[Suggestion] Tech Support Section

Hello,

I have a suggestion about the Tech Support section, can we add Problem Solved section under the Tech support so it's easy to find the same solution with the same problem so the player who is experiencing the same problem he can easily check for the solution at the Problem Solve Section Under the Tech Support, So he/she can solved his problem without creating a thread and waiting for reply.

Couldnt agree more , it will lessen the spam but there are just some people who dont know how to use Search button , anyway, good suggestion, goodluck !

Has Aze said, I couldn't be more agree neither XD, This will be useful, since will be easier to find the same problem that another user had and it will be solved... Also less spamm. Improve your english dude .

I agree on this suggestion, seems good coz I saw many times players made thread about problems that we already solve, will be good for them and for us too

Even if we implement this,the problem is that people don't use the search button,they just post again and there is nothing we can do about that. A section like that could make forum look cleaner but besides that players won't use it as much as y think/hope.

Completely agree, would make things more organized and players can easily see "problem solved" for past solutions or successful problems people had.
