[Suggestion]To know the legitimate owner of CS

Not all CS owners/Guildmasters who owned and will get to own the CS have a forum account or a Guild hall, we don't have much of proof who the real GM is when he is here on our forum and anyone can impersonate that GM especially the ones who are not active in forum. They might take advantage of it and claim the tag.

I suggest that a thread will be made for all current and incoming CS owners in which they will have to post a screenshoot of them inside the castle with a visible name of their characters by stating "Castle Owners" or what ever they like for the staffs to see their guild name, character name and guild position in the said guild in which will serve a proof of the GM and AGM owning the CS for them to own the TAG within the period of their dynasty as castle owners.

We can simply ask them ingame "what is your forum name" lol. If they don't have one, don't need to give them any special tag then.

It can also be done in that way too sir. However, the tag was also approved and was a part of the approved suggestion, link is given above. I just suggested it what if for whatever situation their forum name was not given. You know what they say "Prevention is better than cure" and its the very reason why I suggested it, they might have xreated a forum account after winning the CS and wanted to gain the tag or someone might pretend that they own the CS. Most of them are already well known. Not necessary for now unless more and more new guilds join for siege warfare. Also we have guild recruiting threads in forum. Most Guild Masters create their own. Plus we can find out easily who's the possible owner by several other ways.

Anyway it's recommended for the guild master and assistant to send request for PM just in order to faster our work.
