I've thought of this and I would like to share it with you guys.
Idea: Custom Jewels
Facts:
1. This servers have many AFKers. Why? Because they isn't much to do except for pking and chatting with friends.
2. MU becoming boring. Why? Not that many challenges or excitement because we can get whatever we want in web-shop or in-game shop.
3. Many people are abusing bugs. Why? Because pking is the only thing to do and for the bug-abusers it is fun to pawned people in pking since it is the only thing there is.
4. InfinityMU isn't in the Top 10 servers in Top 100 anymore. Why? Because not many people are voting since the credits reward are low and many people isn't entering the code.
5. InfinityMU is a SS3 server and most of MU players have already been playing this season before and they're looking for something new, something unique and there isn't anything unique about this server at the moment. Except for MOK.
Question: How to solve these problems?
-Answer: We, as InfinityMU, should create our own unique item that isn't available elsewhere.
Custom Jewel: A jewel that can add an item from +0 straight to +13
1st Problem with this idea: Chaos combination are 100% success rate so custom jewel won't work in this case. But If we decrease the success combination rate down to what it should be then this idea will work fine.
2nd Problem with this idea: You can choose whether or not you want your items to be +13 when you buy FO items from web-shop. In order for this idea to work the +13 option selection should be very expensive. The other option selections will be leave as it is.
-Why decrease the chaos combination success rate? Because, as in now, we're lacking interest to play because everything is just so easy. By doing this, the nervous feelings when we upgrade our item in the chaos machine will come back to live again. More challenging and more fun.
-Why increase the price for +13 option in web-shop? Because upgrading your item to +13 is so easy. Upgrading item should be scary and exciting at the same time.
Why custom jewel? We have 2 options above that are working fine, why change?
Infinity need something unique beside MOK. Jewel is a good idea in this case.
How it works?
Jewel can be found in the same place that drop ancient item (Land of Trial). Jewel can be use to upgrade item from +0 to +13 with no failure. It can be either available in web-shop or not depends on Venci.
How will this custom jewel benefits us as a server?
1. It can make upgrading item challenging like how it is suppose to be.
2. Unique. Attract more players to join us.
3. Make CS worth going to. Why? Because only the Castle holders' member have access to Land of Trial and since upgrading item is hard to do, players will tend to go to CS to get that privilege of having access to the jewel. More players in CS = more fun both for the Defenders and the Invaders.
That is all I have for right now. I am always open for comments, questions and suggestions.
