In game you can't do that because people will make advertising or swearing and if we wanna ban them they will change their name fast and we can't find their name in control panel.

Because sending $3 USD is nothing for you since you are sitting on your own computer. The server you are playing is on paid dedicated server. Our bill is montly. So we need a little help to keep it online.

And about change for credits question: Most players use it to change name for advertising or making their characters bugged using special letters then come and cry that they cannot log in. That's it.
