This is about our banned users here in forum.

How about when a banned user(without realizing he's or she's being banned) logins his/her forum account. They will be automatically redirected to their banned thread. And they can also "post" For their banned appeal.
And he/she can't access any part or any other thread of the forum except for that. This will avoid having multiple accounts.

its good idea but you can write just your account in search box and its easily will find your banned account,i think GM`s every time are writing in tags every banned account

well i think this is impossible how can it be redirect it to the banned thread, to the particular account which they own we have many banned account here...

A Good Suggestion but. How about those who don't have Forum accounts? They can't be a guest. Since the Ban list is on Private Section when you are a guest? (em i correct with that?) Other makes forum account to look what are Rules they Break and got banned. What if they make some Thread which player can post there w/o making a new forum account? That will be a good one. So other forumer will not get there forum account leaved and unused. less hustle for our MOD

but, as Starry said, " the ban list, is a private section", I'd like to add that I did notice about banned players, they have a lot forum accounts.
and also, they was banned many times, So? Why is possible for them? if this case is for someone? well, I'm pretty sure that this person will understand my point.
the point is, someone is trying to get a second chance or someone has created another account with other name, maybe another IP, idk, I don't like that idea, " many accounts".

Not possible unless you edit the vbulletin settings (not default basic ones). Why?

When a user is banned their account is no longer functional on forums, the only functional feature left is their ability to view the automated banned message.

To edit this you'd need to edit the banned user files to make it so it redirects. Furthermore you'd need to create your own program or specialize each individual banned user to redirect them to their own thread.

Nice suggestion but not really possible.
