A lot of the players, who had lost their passwords, is having a difficult situation. Especially when they forgot the secret question and answer.
to tell you frankly,I am one of them. I have an account that i forgot the password. And I never retrieved that account because I forgot the secret question and answer
So, my suggestion is how about sending it directly to his/her email add without answering the secret question and answer. Because some of the sites, when they forgot their passwords they just send it to their email addresses. And I think nobody knows your email address but you yourself. what do you think. STaffs, GM's, and Admins.? will that be okay?
