i have a lil suggestion..

for those all staff's and admins here at forum..


about closing the forum thread..
because some of staff are closing after they making a response..

even they declined the report

what if the one who report has a feedback or explanation to their report.. they dunno where they can post they're reply.. because its already closed..

my suggestion is can you just wait to the response before closing the thread.. if the reports nid some explanation or not clear.

If you haven't explained in your first post ban appeal then you can't proof it back later. So if you making an appeal make sure it's genuine and then you might get unbanned.

They close the thread if it's senseless, like lack of proof or it's very obvious that you are not going to be unbanned, well it also depends on your offense. So there won't be any useless spam, they close it.
