i think it would be good, that when some one makes a report about a player, when GM an make his final decision and give Banned, when GM makes its report on the Banned List, also posted the Link of the video on YOUTUBE or Image Link(Depending of wich type of report is) for the prohibitec person can see the evidence.
because the section of report hack is private only GM can see, and if posted only link of forum, the person prohibited can not see no evidence....

Well in hack reports GMs posting the videos in ban threads,but with Advertising,herrasing,scamming ETC. I Disagree this idea is for nothing.Btw,thats why is the report section hidden.

but if the person wants to make a ban appeal, as can make without knowing about was the report and unable to see evidence.

The banned person CAN ask for proofs.

the person prohibited as u say, the banned player can see the proofs if he will ask a GM to send him via Private Message.
I disagree to show players the proofs since if we show it (this happened a lot of times) some infinitians are tying to proove that they know better then the Staff and and they inhibit us from doing our job.

When a GM bann a player he write the reason too,so they know why are banned and +1 Titan.I'm disagree with this .

you're right..
our forum will stay as it's, if the person who has received a ban, disagree... then he can ask for proofs to our gm's, but you don't need to know the ban reason instead of everything, when a gm makes a ban, they post a thread with the information about it, reason is included.
