Ok so the problem for me when I installed windows 8 was whenever I opened mu it was extremely slow. Is it possible your gpu is from amd or radeon hd series?

How the issue was fixed for me:

Uninstall all AMD drivers and catalyst control center.
Install the WINDOWS 7 gpu drivers even if you have windows 8
Restart and it should work.

Please let us know if the solution works for you

can u explain me better? because i got windows 8 too and I can play without any trouble.

and you have windows 8.1 , as far I know ... there's not a complete software for games or maybe you must update some drivers.

also i dont have my graphic card CD

you have to buy 1 buddy :P

That's not needed just download Driver Scanner and check if its all installed right :)

I downloaded driver scanner still it say everything is good and i still cant solve the problem...

try to update your "Windows Update"

try downloading this
then download Razer Game booster
and tell us how does it goes with this, i had the same prb but i have w7, after this i got an awesome pot rate and no lag in game.
for sure this will work only if u've got a good internet connection
Regards! :)

Ok, as Otelo mentioned I had this issue once before and it was a weird solution, I hope it works for you,

First if possible open search and type "dxdiag" click it and click "Display" here it should mention your graphics card name. Please tell what it says there here.

Now, uninstall your graphics drivers, all drivers pertaining to your specific one. For me I had the radeon hd 4200 which is AMD so I deleted from device manager all AMD related drivers, catalyst control center, etc.

Restart windows.

Now search the windows 7 version of your drivers and install them again. Restart and tell me if the problem is fixed.

Btw you can find your proper by different methods, either by the ones already listed, I.E. programs which auto detect and install for you or just google your GPU's name and windows 7 drivers.

Well as you said you dont know how to do it, download this TeamViewer to check your computer http://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows.aspx
Then talk our Head Game Master Wayne to do this. I cant help you because i dont know this thing, just pm via messange Wayne to check your computer

Yes choose the windows 7 version. That worked for me at least I can't be sure if its the same solution however it's worth a try. What do you mean your version? I sent you a link for radeon hd 4800 driver / catalyst center, try it out.

Download Advanced Systemcare : http://www62.zippyshare.com/v/68887999/file.html

Serial:
Code:
C5381-80dd2-b0c44-cd9b4

After install it check the tools, there's one named Driver Booster or something like that, it will scan and update all your drivers.

If you have any question feel free to PM in skype, also i can support you with TeamViewer: vpsp_1805

Thank you,
Wrathbinge.
