Help Switch Character

Hello, does anyone knows how to fix a bug where every time I switch character it will automatically force close the game?

You can't fix it yourself, it's a bug on the game's part.
Record it and file a bug report, it happened to me too but only once so I'm not panicking yet.

I tried it 5 times. And i got same results. I even restarted my pc but still the same.

Here Gogeta writing about recording what it looks like and submitting a report, so I don't know how trying to record 5 times was supposed to be unsuccessful?

Also, more details? Is the problem with every character or just a specific one?

As others recommend, maybe reinstalling the client?

Like, after the loading screen, before going to character menu, it will automatically close. im trying to reinstall now, thanks sir!

I already re-installed the game but still getting the same problem.

I noticed that it always happen when im using my elf, but when I use my other characters. its working fine.
